A visionary leader in innovation and sustainable development. Appointed as a Special Adviser to the President of Indonesia from 2019 to 2024, Billy helped shape 33 national policies aimed at fostering collaboration between the private sector and government initiatives. His contributions extend to his role as Indonesia's SDGs Ambassador, where he plays a critical part in driving the country’s efforts toward sustainable development.

Billy's academic journey is equally impressive. With a Bachelor's in Politics and International Relations from the London School of Economics, an MBA from Australian National University, and a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, Billy became the first Indigenous Papuan to graduate from Harvard, a milestone that inspired many.

In the private sector, Billy led sustainability efforts for BP’s LNG project in West Papua and played a key role in integrating Indigenous people into the workforce. As a successful serial entrepreneur, he founded several companies, including KBF International Group LLC, PT Delegasi Kitong Indonesia, and PT Kitong Bisa Consulting, all of which have positively impacted over 20,000 beneficiaries. His extensive work in business incubation and consultancy reflects his dedication to sustainable growth and development across Indonesia.

Dyta Laing

Edyta Laing holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Atma Jaya University and has been residing in the United States since 2004. With over three years of experience in guest services and financial handling at Target, she honed her expertise in customer service, communication, and financial management. This foundational experience not only strengthened her problem-solving and interpersonal skills but also cultivated a deep understanding of organizational efficiency and client satisfaction. Following this, she transitioned into public education, dedicating over nine years to serving the Phoenix, Arizona community. During this time, she earned and currently holds a teaching license in Career and Technical Education (CTE) Business Marketing, with a specialization in Coding and Computer Science.

A passionate educator with 3 years of experience, she inspires students to excel in coding, computer science, and technology. She teaches essential programming languages—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Java—empowering learners to build websites, apps, and games while developing real-world problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Outside the classroom, she serves as an advisor for Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), mentoring students in competitions like Website Design, Mobile App Development, and Game Programming. Her students have earned awards at regional and state levels, reflecting both their technical skills and the leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurial values she fosters.

Dedicated to building a successful career in cybersecurity, she remains committed to continuous professional growth and lifelong learning. She earned her Master of Science with a specialization in Cybersecurity from Grand Canyon University—a milestone that highlights her drive to stay at the cutting edge of technology.
